60 minutes dedicated to the lower legs and feet. This modality combines the ancient practice of Thai Reflexology by stimulating reflex points and “sen” lines on the foot and legs that correlate to organs in the body including a foot soak.

A combination of herbs and flowers is streamed in a compress and applied to the massage for a deeply relaxing experience. Blends are: Pitta blend for inflammation Rose petals, Cardamon pods, and Calendula flowers. Kapha Allergy blend Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Ginger, and Basil. Vata blend for stress relief with Chamomile, Brahmi, St. John’s, and Ginger.

Ayurvedic Perspective on Lymph and 5 daily practices to decongest your lymphatic system. 1st session is a brief overview of Ayurveda, the Ayurvedic look on Lymph, and Bhastrika pranayama for respiratory issues. 2nd session you will learn Ayurvedic head and face massage modalities for mood swings, congestion, head aches. 3rd sessions you will learn Ayurvedic dry brush massage and self massage for over all optimal health.
